The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to trams and the Southern Cross railway station. The view from the room was also excellent, providing a lovely backdrop. having amenities like a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer in the apartment was really convenient, especially for families.
There were a few disappointing aspects of the hotel. The cleanliness could have been better, as there were stains on the carpet and the shower could have been cleaner.

Great pool and top floor views, perfect for families. Nearby tram and train stations. Well-stocked kitchen with full fridge and good Wi-Fi. Local food options available. Exceptional stay with friendly staff.

Our stay was fantastic - the location couldn't be better! We were walking distance from all the city attractions and close to the train station. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including clean linens, a well-equipped kitchen, and a breathtaking view. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the pool was a great bonus.
We did notice that the vestibule for the lifts was a bit grubby.

Excellent location and fine views of the city from our room. We had some issues with the bathroom sink being blocked, but the management team immediately resolved the problem. The apartment was equipped with all the basic necessities we needed for our short stay. a great experience at Skyhigh.

We loved the location of this hotel - it was very near to Southern Cross station and a tram stop, so it was easy to get around this city. There were also plenty of eateries nearby and a Woolworth's supermarket just around the corner. this hotel was within walking distance of several attractions. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, evident from fresh towels and linen.

We loved staying here! The location is so convenient, centrally near the train station and on top of a convenience store. The staff provided fantastic services that makes me satisfied with this living experience. The leisure indoor swimming pool, sauna, swimming pool or facilities were great too. We also enjoyed free Wi-Fi in the room, soundproofed rooms, air conditioning and flat-screen TV.
Families will love it here!
